Keep Blount Beautiful needs volunteers to help manage waste at Vacation Race’s Great Smoky Mountain 5K and Half Marathon! Volunteers will help manage compost, trash, and recycling at the event in order to reduce the amount of waste that enters our landfill. This includes helping participants sort their garbage, loading garbage into trucks, and breaking down boxes.

Friday, September 8th, 6 PM- 7:30 PM
Saturday, September 9th, 8 AM- 1 PM (various shifts available)
