It is the goal of Keep Blount Beautiful for every student to visit our local landfill before they reach the
sixth grade. We have been achieving this goal since 2004.
2003 and 2005 Second Place National Award from Keep America Beautiful in the category of Nonprofit,
Civic and Community Organizations for Waste Reduction.
2005 Keep Tennessee Beautiful Award for Best K-8 Education Program
