What happens to them?

Medications and drugs are seized by local law enforcement then incinerated properly. This is approved by the EPA and is the most environmentally safe way to dispose of medication and drugs.

 

Recycling of the plastic bottles are supervised by an officer so it's safe to leave your labels on.  They are chipped up into small pieces similar to a wood chipper.
